Hi, I’m LeaAnn Taylor, a local real estate agent who has proudly called Wilmington home since 2013 and has been helping clients navigate the local real estate market since 2017. This isn’t just where I work, it is also where my husband and teenage twins call home. 

Helping people find the right place to put down roots, whether it’s a first home, a growing family home, or an investment has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career. Real estate is personal, and I believe it should feel that way. I take the time to listen, understand what matters most to my clients, and guide them through each step with honesty, care, and clear communication. My goal is always to make the process feel less stressful and more exciting because finding the right home is a big deal.

Before real estate, I was a high school English teacher, a background that shaped my strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to advocate for others. I hold degrees from The Ohio State University and Xavier University, which continue to influence the professionalism and dedication I bring to every client relationship.

I’m also deeply involved in the community I live in. I serve as a board member of the Clinton County Convention and Visitors Bureau, regularly volunteer with Sleep in Heavenly Peace, and proudly support local school athletics and our Parks and Recreation programs for kids.I am passionate about the community I live in—especially when it comes to supporting our youth and helping Wilmington continue to thrive.

For me, real estate is about more than buying and selling homes. It’s about building relationships, earning trust, and helping families find a place where they can truly flourish. I’m grateful to live, work, and raise my family in Wilmington, and I’m honored to help others do the same.
